Drawn on: 12-3-05 | Ever since last year, when my youth group requested everyone make and/or bring an ornament for their tree, and I made an ornament out of my other Christmas picture, Nyrra Valentine, I have decided to make an ornament for the Christmas tree every November-December. So I went for something amusing this year: Santa's Little Shinigami! I've been watching Bleach and Gundam Wing, you see, and in GW Duo Maxwell calls himself "Shinigami," which means Angel of Death (though everyone translates it "God of Death". Technically it's "spirit of death," which in western culture is the angel of death), and in Bleach, Ichigo, Rukia and everyone in the Soul Society is a Shinigami. She isn't dressed like a Shinigami out of Bleach, but that's because she's Santa's Shinigami. I just wanted to do my own take on a Cloud sword, maybe. I'm addicted to Advent Children too.
