It, as well as his typical (however absurd) one-finger-salute or one-finger-pointing-up gestures, better reflect on his energetic personality. Hey, Aida and Torrin are there to balance him out, and it takes all of Aida's calmness and Torrin's reason to balance this trouble-making teenager. The sketch itself isn't very good, I just wanted a costume design (and an interesting pose). The next one is much better.
