I know he looks it, but he's not. This is a little clip from one of the many story arcs I will never actually make because I'm lazy: he thought she was dead. He's finally started to warm up to her and stop trying to convince himself otherwise, and she supposedly dies. Well, when he finds her alive and well (and she completely oblivious that everyone thought she'd bought the farm), this is what happens. She's surprised, not rejecting him. If you saw her face, it'd be pretty bug-eyed. Because, well, he's not the huggy type.
