Well, actually I put in the finishing touches this morning (7-7), but I did most of it last night. Took about 6.5 hours on the lineart and another 3.5 for the shading. I confess the shading isn't very good, not like on William Alexander. Apparently that nice delicate touch I was working on is a helluva lot harder in a full-page close-up picture that involves large spans of dark color. I totally lazed out on that jacket. Longer strokes fill the area faster--they just look awful. And I used longer strokes. I couldn't help it. I didn't do it quite so badly as I used to years ago when I pencil-shaded everything, but I admit I still lazed out and it's not as good as it could've been. I was getting a downright evil hand cramp as it was.
If you want to see a description of the character, including my evil plot for incorporating her into a 7th Sea campaign, I wrote it in her lineart picture here.
