I realize his face is off, by the way; I tried to fix it, but it didn't really work out.Liam is Kim's character; we were making her characters for CER, and decided that her Descendant should have an Alter. Liam is Astraea's Alter, also a Descendant, whose powers come from writing Greek words on his pad of paper. His symbol is contained in a circle, but is a rose with two leaves and a rapier. Anyway, Liam himself is an incurable flirt, rather pretentious, and fancies himself aristocratic. I think he's quite fun, myself. I put a dual copyright because Kim and I both came up with Liam, and I fully intend to help with writing him.
