Cut black paper on... other (very large) paper. The black paper wasn't big enough, so from a certain angle you can see the gap between the neck and the collarbones. ...The teacher happened to photograph at this angle.

This is one that was pronounced "unoriginal," but looking at the comments people wrote as they first looked at it, few got the idea "anime" and most liked it, so... I don't even know.
